Cancellations
Cake orders that are cancelled with 10 days' notice or more may be returned less a £10 administrative fee.
If a cake needs to be moved with 10 days' notice, there is no additional charge. If the date is uncertain or you want to utilise the deposit for a future cake, we can produce a credit note for you instead of a refund.
Cakes that are moved or cancelled with less than 10 days' notice lose the 50% non-refundable deposit because the ingredients or decorations will already have been purchased.
